Service Standards of APNPDCL

APNPDCL is aware that consumers desire better service rendered to and it has plans to improve the level of service with technical excellence. The resource constraint and the unprecedented load growth are coming in the way. As a strategy, the Government of A.P. has restructured the organization to attract resource inputs for taking up System Improvement works like erection of sub- stations, lines, additional transformers etc. The standards and bench marks set to improve services include maximum time or response to important aspects of service.

A summary of the time limits for rendering service to consumers in LT/HT categories are as follows:
